Cleaning Up the Capitol

This was a project I did for my photography class. I was visiting my friends in Washington D.C. and decided to take advantage of the situation. It is supposed to be a celebration of the recent presidential inaguaration and the cleaning up of DC. But at the same time it pushes the envelope showing the viewer how high our expectations may be.
